“Hi… all Always wanted to buy a paddle board, came across this site. Al ok after reading a couple of reviews, so we went ahead and ordered a 10ft cruiser in bright orange. Order process was simple, just select a style beginner, intermediate or pro and a colour it’s that simple, arrived the next day. Opened the box to reveal just what we ordered, everything we need to get on the water, very impressed with the whole process, spent a week on holiday in the Lake District with our new board, had so much fun as a family we bought another as soon as we returned. Would definitely recommend wavesups to anyone thinking of buying a paddleboard 👍🫡”

“I bought the entry level cruiser package, and having used it a couple of times I love it! Ordering and delivery was easy and arrived really quickly! Only problem I have, and it’s my own fault really for not double checking, Is it didn’t come with bungee storage strap or d rings to attach a bungee strap too. Means I have nowhere to stow a dry bag with drink, phone etc Apart from that I recommend it no problem”

“Finally got out on river/ reservoir. My wife and I found the Wave Zray to be quite pleasant, she took the front, set the pace, while I sat in the rear. The Wave Zray is easy to inflate, light weight, easy to handle and tracks well. We found it to feel a bit unstable at first, because of it's narrow width, but adjusted quickly and really enjoyed the way it glides over the water. Being in the rear I found I could swing the nose around by dig the oar in, turning quickly. All in all, yes, good fun.”

“Bought the WAVE TOURER SUP PACKAGE (11ft), it was an impulse buy and I had no previous SUP experience, ordering was straight forward and it arrived within a few days ahead of our UK break. Simple to set up, it did deflate on me first time as valve wasn't set correctly, oops just human error! I had read in a couple of the reviews that the fin could be problematic but nothing a few gentle hits with a mallet didn't sort out. it definitely took me a while to get standing up without falling off, but really enjoyed the learning experience, my kids stood up on it no problem at all!”

“Hi everyone. I have lost detachable fin on my WAVE SUP PRO MODEL (I was playing on shallow water and took it off for a while). I ordered spare fin on their website and has been shipped same day. Unfortunately I have received wrong item so I contacted customer service after delivery arrived. They replied within 24hr although they suggest it might take up to 48hr on their website so it was super quick! They sorted another delivery with right item that was shipped same day. I am extremely satisfied with help from Zoe, that is really professional, helpful and serve customers on the best possible level. I can recommend wavesups as reliable brand.”

“Hi Guy's, I ordered the aqua pro... got a bit ahead of myself as never paddled before but what was delivered was awesome! Appears to be of good quality and everything you need in the box. Managed to stand up straight away although quite wobbly at first until I moved my feet forward. Personally very impressed and would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a board.”

“Simply wow. Delivery was super quick with the board being delivered in 2 days from ordering. I actually purchased 2 boards one for myself and one for my son. As a comparison I already have 2 paddle boards. A hard board and another for surfing. I wanted an inflatable for easy transportation in my small van but this board really does perform well. So far it has been used on the river and sea in a variety of conditions and I have also covered a few 14km paddles. I find myself going for the inflatable rather than the hard board when going for a paddle on the local river and sea. Buoyancy is excellent, stability really good, the board tracks fine paddling in a straight line with ease. The board also cruises well at speed for a distance. Standing up on this board is super easy, the board is very forgiving for beginners and my son's second paddle was a 12km paddle stood up! The paddle provided is a cheap starter paddle but way better than others on the market and it is now in my van as a spare backup and I have no issues using it. Essentially for not very much money my son and I have created memories together, enjoyed paddling with others and look forward to creating many more. Build quality, only time will tell how the board stands up to regular use but from my initial inspection the board seems to be well made, weighs the same as much more expensive boards so I would assume the same style and strength of material is used. Would I buy another one if needed, yes without doubt.”

“Would not have ordered off this company ,if I had looked properly and seen that it was DPD delivering the item. I think you should look into "their" reviews and get yourself another courier company.”

The third-party carrier DPD successfully delivers tens of thousands of parcels every single day across the entire U.K for both ourselves and other companies and they have one of the highest success rates also. Looking into your own order, it appears that this was dispatched from our own warehouse the very next morning after you placed your order. However, the third-party carrier ran into an unforeseen delay when your order was out for delivery - not to worry though, they re-attempt this the following day so I'm confident you will receive this very soon! “I have tried contacting the enquires email address however now response. My fin is faulty, it takes 3 adults to push it on, it’s impossible. Please can you let me know how to have this resolved asap. I’m happy with the board other than this. Thank you”

The estimated delivery date is around September 1st - this delivery date is shown in the item name when selecting the board you chose. “The SUP was bought as a birthday present for my wife. She was hesitant at first(even though she had harped on about getting one) but when it was used she's totally changed her mind and even her sisters have been trying it out. The SUP is extremely well made and delivery was within 2 days. Well worth the money.”

“We've had a previous board with Wave that has met requirements, but decided to get another one - Unfortunately the quality has been really poor, and the customer service team have been very hard to get hold of to rectify any issues - the automated servicebot is absolutely useless. Really disappointing as was hoping to take it on holiday with us but nothing has been resolved :(”
