“I ordered the tourer 11’ after the classic was out of stock. It arrived in good timing and have had no problems with it! Easy to clean down but does mark very easily (like most SUP). Love the vibrancy of the colour and the paddle is of good quality.”

“Great selection of products available and competitively priced. I purchased my iSUP and it arrived around 3-4 days later. The packaging was great, using sustainable paper bags/envelopes and cardboard. Minimal plastic, great. The SUP itself (Tourer 2.0) is brilliant quality as well as all the accessories. The bag contains all of it sufficiently. I was nervous about my purchase initially when I clicked on the instagram and facebook links on their website. I was directed to their range of Hot Tubs? However the QR codes on the box and leaflet linked to the correct social media pages. I'd recommend Wave update this on their website. I tested my SUP on a river which worked really well. It was quick to set up after a trial run previously at home. I was unsure when best to stop with the hand pump as it does eventually get quite tough and the pressure gauge didn't seem to rise much to the desired 10-15 psi. It only hovered at about 5, the minimum. The board felt solid so was cautious not to over do it and push anything to fail after only owning it for a few hours. The SUP was reduced in price massively in a sale just after I received mine! Frustrating. Regardless, happy with the purchase of a great looking and performing SUP and excited to use it more.”

“Unfortunately my Wave SUP Pro paddle board failed after 15 months, out of 12 month warranty. It is an expenive lesson but I think I will have to try a different brand next time. Offered resolution for patches doesn't really resolve the issues in the first layer as I bought the more expensive 2 layered board expecting better quality. Only got to use the board about 15 times before failure. There is clear evidence that the glue is failing on the board and I suspect build quality is not very good.”

“Great looking product, the first one had a seam that allowed air to escape and the replacement board that was sent out under their warranty deal had a blister in the plastic that they reckon is only an aesthetic issue. Communication from them is very poor.”

“Great price and a very tidy product, been riding a Starboard rigid sup for 14 years and never really wanted an iSUP but circumstances meant I needed one, the Wave Woody 10 looked ok so I took the plunge. The customer service has been brilliant and I have ridden the Woody on flat water, moderate swell and small waves, it has performed well in all three. I even had a happy 2 hours catching 18" waves for long rides into the beach. This little board gives huge smiles per £ and I have just returned from a glorious evening paddle on a local reservoir.”

“I bought a dryrobe from Wave. I ordered a large in Navy - it was way too big and had the logo upside down. I contacted Wave and they paid for me to return it, I then ordered a medium. All ok, except they then told me there weren't any for a few weeks. Instead I chose the camo. The fleece is not as thick as the real DryRobe, but they are lighter and have more pockets and they are £40 cheaper and look great! They also have pouch-like pockets on the front for extra warmth. The customer service has been excellent throughout.”

“I'm not sure I have ever had to negatively review a company before but Wave SUP is the, unfortunate, exception. Bought a SUP which was great for a month then the seam completely went. Understandable there are defects but I have sent 4 emails, tried to call 4 times and had no response.”

“Managed to get a Classic SUP in the clearance sale. Brilliant value for money. Have used it a few times locally in Cullercoats and more than happy with it. The quality is excellent and seems to handle fine. I emailed Wave over the weekend with a query about another product (backpack) and received a swift reply come Monday. We're already looking to purchase a second for the family and have my eye on a Pro, will happily purchase from Wave again!”

“Placed order 4th April. Expected on the 6th. Delayed by courier to the 7th. Waited in all day 8th for delivery and never arrived. Message from courier saying delivered and signed for by name not recognised. Still waiting on refund or replacement a month later and radio silence last 4 days from customer service.”

“I recently purchased two boards, a Tourer 10. Both have now been used a couple of time and perform perfectly. I did contact customer services with a question about setting up & received a reply in just over an hour with very helpful advice. All in all, I am unable to find any fault with either the products or the service provided. Thank you”
