“The only reason I couldn't give 5 out of 5 is due to the delivery being a bit out of whack. Other than that the Spa is great, looks the part and so far been fab to use.”

“I am very pleased with the spa Hot tub,, Made a base from some 100mm insulation board, plus insulation sheet for the base. with a wood frame around it, very easy to setup and use and its been setup now for 5 days, I do turn off at night and back on the day after, at noon, only loss of 5-6c, 3 of us have been using it, and so far we all enjoy. we take shower to make sure we are clean first, and after, the water spot on for Ph level, and 37-38c is perfect 40c is hot, If you look after this hot tub, it should last many years, and its a great price, and better looking than others I have seen,”

“Ordered some additional items for my spa to include a cleaning kit, filters and cleaning chemicals. Told it was out for deliver the following day, but then received a message via Amazon Delivery that it had been 'cancelled'. No reason given despite it being dispatched! I emailed Wave and fair play, they immediately sent out replacement and are due for delivery today (hopefully). Given 4 not 5 stars cos it would have been nice to be told from Wave that the order had been cancelled rather than going on the Amazon Tracker app....”
