“I recently purchased the wave spa pre 2020 filters for my hot tub and they're brilliant. The first lot didn't get delivered but I messaged wave spa and they sent another lot out that day. Very pleased with how quick they dealt with it for me. Will 100% shop again with wave spa.”

“Wave have been great. First purchased a Wave hot tub from The Range. It had a fault and the Range made the whole experience horrible. However, when I went to Wave they were brilliant and I received a full refund straight away. Decided to try again and this time I brought directly from Wave. Their customer service was great in helping me decide on the best spa. I am now all set up with my Rome foam Inflatable spa and use it everyday. Super happy.”

“So far, everything has gone well and customer services has been very helpful and kept me up to date with the progress of my order. Although I have had to wait four months for the hot tub to arrive it came when I was told it would and looks great. Unfortunately, it has arrived at a rather inopportune moment so I can’t even inflate it just yet because of family commitments. Because i have had to wait so long, I was offered extra filters and discounts on extras as a sweetener. I will be writing another review once I am up and running!”
