“I love my new Wave Atlantic plus I’m in it at least once a day, I have been in contact with customer services twice and both times they have replied within about 24 hours ordered extra filters and chlorine tables and little float all came very promptly, although this was through Amazon and did feel the postage was rather expensive and wonder if I could have bought through Amazon Prime as a cheaper postage option but thought ordering direct would ensure quality of the product. Would highly recommend Wave”

“I ordered my wave spa a while ago and it was clear that the delivery date may change due to brexit and the delivery. The original delivery date was 31st May but it was delivered in July. They do keep you updated with an email every Monday. To tell the truth as the weather has been so bad, for me this was ok in the end although it is quite frustrating it’s just unfortunately the export problems the uk suffer now. The spa has been delivered and is all set up. I would recommend getting sponge mats to go under it. I’m so glad it’s here now as we have been using it most days as it is under a gazebo and are absolutely loving it. I got this particular spa as it has tropical leaves on the outside which goes with my garden theme.”

“Love my hot tub so much. Arrived in May but due to holiday I only set it up late June. Super easy to set up and use. The water heats up much quicker than I thought it would, switch it on early PM and it’s good to get in by about 5! Perfect end to a day working from home, sitting in the tub with a glass of wine! Delivery was delayed slightly but good communication from Wave so we knew the situation.”
