“Love my hot tub so much. Arrived in May but due to holiday I only set it up late June. Super easy to set up and use. The water heats up much quicker than I thought it would, switch it on early PM and it’s good to get in by about 5! Perfect end to a day working from home, sitting in the tub with a glass of wine! Delivery was delayed slightly but good communication from Wave so we knew the situation.”

“After the first delivery date had passed and no communication I contact ed them via email. It took a day or to for a non automated reply. But once my order was looked into they sorted everything quickly and my ordered was sent out. I was expecting the chemicals to come to but I've never received them.”

“I pre-ordered a spa from Wave Spas. I knew that because of the lockdown more people were buying spas so was happy to be able to pre order. Wave Spas keep you informed as to the progress of your order. The spa arrived. We set it up following the instructions which were easy to follow and 12 hours after filling it up we were using it. It has been a brilliant purchase. Well worth the money and the wait. All we need now is the sun to back from wherever it’s hiding.”
