“Spa is lovely,our only issue was the delivery date was delayed but we were not notified,if i hadn't contacted to confirm we would not have known,new date for one week later, however it actually came sooner,it would be beneficial for customers to be better informed about the delivery by wave spa rather than the customer having to contact them.”

“Brought our wave spa on a whim. Popped into our local morrisons to do some shopping and had one for sale on offer plus my partner works for them so got another 15% discount, so we'll happy. We have been using it about 3 times per week since we Brought it so glad we Brought it I would recommend wave spas and products to anyone.”

“Ordered august 2020 during lockdown, we went for the wave swift and pre ordered ready for October, first email came through from Wave with a delivery date and it was the filters, then we got to a week before our delivery date and we got one box of two arrive which was the liner, a quick email to Waves and we got a response saying it might come in two shipments, next day we got our foam walls and heater. Can’t fault waves they have responded to emails within good time, over all we are happy and it’s been worth while we even spent Christmas Day watching films in it”

That's great to hear but do not worry, you still have plenty of time to enjoy your tub this summer, and even after that when it gets a little colder! You can continue to relax in your tub even into Autumn and Winter, but make sure to bring in that heater at night when it gets too cold outside so you can protect it for future use. Happy tubbing!
