“I pre-ordered my Osaka Rigid Foam Hot Tub in April, for £1200. When it arrived I discovered it was on sale now for £900. I contacted support, who phoned me back within a day. Despite originally thinking it couldn't be refunded without sending the original one back, Josh and Michael both went out of their way to work it all out and got it sorted for me. Very pleased with the outcome, and those guys are Legends!”

“I saw a hot tub for available delivery on a specified date. It looked great and I ordered. I had not checked reviews but it's a local company and thought if there are problems I can go sort it out in person. I then felt silly so checked reviews and I saw lots saying delivery dates were not kept. My heart sank. I emailed them to find out there was going to be an extra 10 day wait. However, my hot tub actually arrived on the correct date so I was overjoyed! It was easy to set up after watching the online video. The grandkids are loving it. I am very impressed. Thanks Waves. It did take a little while for response from waves but I expected this from comments in reviews. It didn't concern me.”

“The delivery of the liner was amazingly fast, well done! We haven’t as yet put this pacific liner up yet but hoping it lasts longer than the last one, which was just out of 6 month warranty when it went , 6 month warranty is nothing , these liners should be lasting if looked after well a lot longer than that. But hey second chance given as we really liked it other than it went so early.”

“After some doubts looking at some of the reviews and lots of research on the type of tub we wanted we recently decided to purchase the Osaka 6 person tub with accessories. The tub arrived 2 weeks earlier than quoted and accessories more or less next day delivery! So far over the moon with everything the hot tub looks amazing well worth every penny! We had read all reviews but can honestly say we have no complaints, the only negatives were that we ordered 1 set of mats but would recommend 2 packs for this size tub and that a Phone contact number or helpline would be more reassuring to customers. I would definitely recommend Wave Spa to others.”
