“We had to wait a while for delivery due to demand but our spa actually arrived 3 weeks early in the end, we were thrilled and absolutely love it.. slightly smaller than I thought but a good started spa and we may upgrade and go for a bigger one next year. Easy to set up and get going and well made.Best thing ever to help us get through COVID 2020!! Thank you wave”

Products are quality and good information around when they will be received. Thanks Wave! I've only one suggestion....could you source a product to attach a hose to the drainage outlet? “We absolutely love our rattan 6 person Atlantic plus tub. We’ve had no issues with it at all. Was a long preorder period but worth the wait, arrived one day after due date. It’s a great size, easy to assemble and well worth the wait. Highly recommend.”

“My hot tub is great and we have had lots of enjoyment from it. It did take 6 weeks longer to arrive than originally quoted and the chemicals showed up 3 months later! However, we were in unusual times and Wave Direct did keep me up to date with what was going on.”
