“Honestly I have been super impressed with wave direct from initial query and order to the delivery and after sales support. We went for the rigid octagonal hot tub over an inflatable one and not only did it only take 20 mins to build,(allow a couple of hours to fill and 12 hours to heat on first fill), but it was super simple and the quality is superb.. Looks way more expensive than a £800 tub. Very happy thankyou”

The hot tub was a week late being delivered but they emailed me straight away explaining the delay (which is inevitable in this current climate). Product quality and customer service was brilliant!”
