“Pre ordered Wave Atlantic plus hot tub, delivered on time, had issue with leaking connectors, e mailed Wave Technical Support, got response within 24 hrs, advising that new connectors and O rings were being posted out. Received these replacements within 3 days, leaking solved. Very happy with purchase and support given. Excellent service.”

“Our Wave hot tube was delivered a whole month early. To say I'm impressed with the quality is an understatement just not happy you have to pay extra for the blow up inflate for the lid as other makes come with them as standard”

“So I bought a hot tub from wave spa in lock down last year but with weather cha going I never got it put out till beginning of April. Once all set up I noticed it was leaking badly so contacted customer support where they helped tremendously. They sent out new parts which have now rectified my issue, and hot tub is working perfectly. Thank you so much to the team in customer support especially Renee for quick and speedy Contact and fantastic support. Samantha”
