“I am very happy with my purchase of a 4-6 person hot tub. Delivery arrived when expected and the product works great. The instructions for set up were clear and one small issue I had was resolved quickly and satisfactorily by the Customer Service team. “Love it! Easy to to assemble and easy maintenance! We're using it on a daily basis even through the winter it keeps the water warm with no issue! Brilliant! The only reason for the 4 star is that we cannot connect a hose to the water releasing pipe, don't seem to be compatible with any hise thing on the market, hence changing the water is a bit awkward:/”

“Bought a Rome spa. Wasn't really sure what to expect, but was very impressed when it arrived. Set up was extremely simple. The 'heater' box does everything, including inflating the hot tub itself so I literally just had to put the tub in place and plug it in. Excluding filling it, total set up time was about 15minutes, and 10 of those were taking everything out of the box. It's big enough for 4 adults comfortably; could probably get 6 in with a squeeze.”

“So far an excellent service from Wavespa. Few early teathing problems which have been rectified at super speed vis response tp emails and items sent via next day delivery. Have only just set up the tub so cannot comment on the tub itself but looks great and cannot wait to use it over the Xmas Holidays. Eliza in customer services deserves a special mention for her greatness.”
