“We're really happy with our Wave hot tub - we have the Atlantic Plus! Although there was a bit of a wait on delivery, we knew this at the point of ordering. After some initial hiccups in getting the chemicals right on filling the tub, we've now got to grips with it and we've used it loads! Without doubt a very good purchase and something we can enjoy together as a family!”

Using the chemicals can take a bit of getting used to, especially if you've never had a hot tub before but it's quite easy to pick it up and to understand how much of each product to use. “First of all, amazing product and incredible value for money. But the customer service is beyond amazing. Any little question, they are there to answer. Unfortunately my spa cover wasn’t up to scratch (clip was in the wrong place) and I emailed hoping for a replacement… next day the new one was in my hands. (Big thank you to Molly). We are paying a very competitive price for an inflatable hot tub (that is wonderful) and have a customer service team pretty much on hand for any little thing - this is an absolute bargain. Thank you wave!”
