“The hot tub arrived a few days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise and so far the hot tub has been very well used! It was easy to put up and inflate. We had a little trouble with one of the connectors but after a short while we managed to sort it. The YouTube video on how to put it together was very useful. We bought the inflatable insulation pad for the hot tub as well and would thoroughly recommend as it really helps to retain the heat. Customer service team are very responsive and helpful. Thanks”

“Ordered in November for a March delivery was a few days late but not a problem easy to set up with clear instructions filled up in An hour(6 person size) left to warm over night ready for morning lovely and warm and lots of bubbles only been in a few times but so far enjoyable looking for to spending much of the summer in there I cleaned the filter out after each use as it does get mucky quite quickly especially with kids in and out and took me a bit of time to work out how much chemicals to put in”

“Arrived before expected delivery date by well over a month which was brilliant. Everything came well packed and extremely happy with the hot tub, fits family of 5 in easily. Easy to use with well labelled leaflet. Strong material comfy to sit in. Brilliant that it comes with floor Mat and lid. Happy family here”

“Very pleased with the spa. We ordered it in November 2020 for pre Order and to be delivered in 26th March. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed them to confirm the delivery however they informed me that there was a 4 week delay. I was quite upset as I had ordered it back in November for my sons birthday in March to have to wait another 4 weeks. They apologised and sent 2 free filters, however a few days later we had a delivery from dpd of our spa! We were very thankful and only ended up being a couple of days late than the original delivery date. The spa is lovely, very quick to set up and my son loves it! So thank you wave Spa!”
