“Early days but so far so good. We were previously the owners of a Lazy Spa and loved that and, although this has only been in operation a few days, all is good. One negative would be that the set doesn’t come with an inflatable lid but they’re not that expensive to purchase separately. Also to say I was pleased with the customer service before the hottub was delivered. My query was dealt with efficiently and quickly. And delivery was super quick! Very impressed!”

“Delivery, spot on, arrived within a week. Set up - relatively easy about 10 mins. Pipes are a bit tight fitting but then they have to be. To fill (4-6 people size) about half an hour using 2 hose pipes. To heat-takes a while about 20hrs to get it to 40 degrees. Very easy to operate and so far so good. The bubbles on and away you go, will be spending a lot of time in it for sure. Very impressed and would recommend”
