“Only problem was the wait and then the dreaded delay of another 2 weeks would have been better if Wave emailed or txts to say about the delay rather than using the bot , and lack of customer service still waiting for emails to be answered since beginning of July , but really happy overall with the hot tub in self great quality and easy set up”

“Fantastic Spa, looks great on my patio and works really well. I wondered how comfortable it would be to sit in before we got it, but it is so relaxing and comfortable due to being able to rest on the inflatable sides rather than hard plastic. Thoroughly recommend this product to anyone wanting that Spa experience at home.”

“We pre ordered, so there was a long wait due to covid and demand but it was definitely worth the wait and every penny. The ability to spread the cost made it very easy to fund and purchase as we were able to spread the cost. In the end the order actually arrived earlier than originally estimated and we've not looked back since. Just make sure to treat the water as getting the balance right can be a little tricky for beginners”

“Got Atlantic plus hot tub. Took a bit longer than usual to arrive due to lockdown demand but all was good. Hot tub is good size and very easy to set up and have had a few lovely soaks over the summer. All in all a really good hot tub and ver reasonable price from Wave Direct. Would recommend”
