“After my order hadn’t appeared after a few weeks I was able to get in contact via email and was contacted quickly and my issue was resolved. My order arrived just in time and I am incredibly happy with my hot tub purchase last year. Very good value for money for the quality you get. Thanks Wave.”

“The customer care team is amazing and got back to me straight away. I did not realise that the filters were packaged and contained within the unit and thought that I had missing filters. I ran my hot tub without the filter until I found it. To improve, I would like to suggest the set up booklet informs customers where the filters can be found”

“i have ordered matts which was deliverd very fast ,i'm still waiting for my spa to come as it is on deliver orded for july i can not wait for it ,never had one before so can't wait for it bril survice fast and messages to keep me up to date with everything .”

“I am loving my new spa from wave. they delivered on time, using the online site was very easy, also ordered extra accessories from them and found them to be cheaper than other places you can order from. I also had to email customer services to check on something, they were quick to reply back to me. I would recommend them to my friends.”

“I was recommended Wave by a friend of the family & when I checked out not only the prices but the various different styles you could get I knew it would be a Wave spa I’d be buying. Love the variety of the range & picked out something to match our garden. I had the spa blown up & filled within the hour. Extremely easy to set up & attach the pump, filter etc…I also bought the padded floor mats from Wave which not only protect the spa but offer a lovely cushioned base once you’re in. Chemicals were added after the spa reached around 35oC I did overdo the chlorine by all accounts but this naturally reduced over the day (I took the cover off & allowed the sunshine to evaporate some of the chlorine) In addition to the chlorine, I had to use some PH minus but again over a couple of hours I had the perfect reading from the Wave sticks. And all in all the spa was ready to safely use after 24/25 hours. Cover is super easy to attach & take off. Testing the electrics is straight forward. Would highly recommend Wave spas!”

“My spa did have quite a delay , however stuck with it and very glad I did , really chills us all out and have some lovely quality nights just sat with my children chatting , keeps the heat and doesn’t take that long to heat either , so far so good as only had a week but quality and price appear to be great 👍”

“Been looking to order a replacement hot tub for ages after my mspa died last year after 4 years, prices gone thro the roof and akways out if stick, eventually saw the Pacific was in stick, ordered and arrived within 4 days. However quality is nowhere near as good as the mspa, will be surprised if this lasts the summer let alone a year, a lot smaller too and very shallow. Have to turn motor off at night as so noisy can hear it thro bedroom window, have emailed wave asking about noise levels and how to register warranty hut no response. Also paid for extended warranty but no paperwork recvd to prove this. Hope tub does last as looks nice but motor pump is so loud, would like to leave on low temp overnight to save money instead of turning off abdcreheatingveach day but way too noisy.”
