“Early days but great so far so good. Going to order an insultated cover as the cost to keep it hot is proving more expensive than I anticipated, although we have a 4-6 capacity with a greater water volume. I must admit, I purchased the spa in 2020, but have only just unpacked it. The kids are loving it.”

“So far so good however the rubber seals do not last long which is disappointing as we had a leak after two weeks of use. We have however enjoyed our hot tub and haven’t had any other issues”

“Really happy with my spa so far (I got the rigid foam one). It was disappointing when the delivery was delayed and I didn’t hear anything from Wave but when I contacted them I heard back quickly and the spa did arrive in time for the revised delivery date a month later.”
