“We bought a wave spa during the first lockdown and we were added to the waiting list after a one week delay, which we were notified about early on, our hot tub arrived and it’s perfect! Very easy to set up and maintain and fantastic quality. We then purchased the cleaning kit and spare filters which arrived really quickly and are perfect to maintain the hot tub. Fantastic customer service from wave. Thank you”

“Love my Inflatable hot tub that I ordered during the 1st Lockdown. It arrived in August a week earlier ths expected. Just changed the water again today and plan to enjoy the hot bubbles in November.”

“I was pleased with the pre-order and the lady answered my questions responding quickly I preferred chemicals and they took a while but we’re on time and good quality The wave spa was easy to use and set up Could do with more information on chemical control and dosing but the product was excellent quality and packs up small enough to put in the loft over winter The spa experience itself if a glorified warm and bubbly inflatable pool with just a foam pad to cushion seating but it is fine for our purposes”

“I am so pleased with my hot tub and consider it value for the money. It was easy to install and fill. I bought this tub as a therapy pool as I have arthritis. I use it every day as it is housed in my large conservatory. I find the warmth of the water comforting and relaxing at the end of the day. Just hope I have many years of usage.”
