“Firstly start with the positive. Our hot tub arrived, the foam one, and is superb. Good quality, far superior to an inflatable. However, the product was meant to arrive on one date, got brought forward, no further correspondence so I took time off to wait. No show. Tis is where I feel the company need to improve, communication. Sending emails and waiting 4 days for a response between each email is a bit prehistoric, probably quicker with a carrier pigeon. All being said they did rectify the issue and sent the hot tub out reasonably promptly, would have been quicker if the customer service functioned faster. I have been offered a partial refund, but again the process for that is like watching paint dry. Great product, let down by slow service. I would recommend though, just with open eyes.”

I do agree that the wait was too long, we do apologise for the delay in getting back to you. “We ordered a rattan wave spa last year and needed to replace the tub after my cat also enjoyed it 😆. The team were very helpful with tips on how to fix it, but I replaced the tub which was very reasonable and quick. Would highly recommend!”

“For £299, I didn’t quite know what to expect but me expectations have definitely been exceeded. Firstly, it’s sturdy and robust. Secondly, it’s very easy to set up (take the time to read the instructions and then it’s straight forward). I ordered a 2-4 person hot tub that was in stock and it came in 3 days. It’s easy to inflate, took about 15/20 minutes and quick to fill as it’s not very big. It was easy to connect to the heater and set to heat up. It took about 8hrs to get it to 39C. It gets to a really good temperature and the bubbles were surprisingly powerful for a little tub and go all the way round. It fits 2 people very comfortably, and 3 adults would be manageable (cosy), 4 would be very snug and you would have to sit crossed legged, shoulder to shoulder. the floor is padded and comfortable to sit on. A nod to the cover, it is really good and effective, pulls really tight and clips in with locking feature. Rain water pools on the top (to be expected) and easy to scoop off. Hot tub stays really warm for a long time, I have sat happily through 2 bubble cycles (bubble’s will switch off after about half hour and you can switch back on again). I bought all the chemicals too, which is recommended and it lasts longer etc. I am extremely happy with my purchase, excellent price for the quality and I have had a lovely time relaxing with a glass of wine in our fabulous hot tub (drinks holder was a must 🍷). Service was efficient and hassle free. ”

“I have had my wave spa for a year and have had no issues at all. My tub arrived on time and since then I have bought some insulation and filters and again no issues. I even recommended the company to my family who have just bought one they also had no issues in fact theirs were delivered early!”

“When ordered my hot tub showed end May delivery. This was changed to end July without any notification. When I contacted support they informed me that the July date was for new orders only and that mine would be end June. It arrived mid June. The dates are unimportant really but the quality in your customer service is really proven when things go wrong or your ability to inform customers when things change. I feel 3 is appropriate because actual conversation with support was fine, the supporting processes need some work.”
