“Order supply issues initially due to unforeseen circumstances, but customer service and help was excellent. Really happy on refund and new order speed, and the delivery was in 2 days, so fab turnaround. Really happy with Wave Spa, easy to assemble and set up, once filled, we couldn't wait to get in. All the kit looks and works well as quality items, and great value for money. Looking forward to many years of use. Would recommend and use Wave Spa's again.”

“As far as I can tell the hot tub is great. Seems a very good quality. The only things that are letting it down is the customer service.The communication is not very good, Delivery is hit and miss , you don’t always know when things are gonna turn up. Don’t know if it’s waves fault or DPD and Amazon fault.HopeFully once all delivered and set up it will all be good.”

“Well worth waiting for!!!! Excellent customer service..query even answered out of office hours…exceptional in these times.Very easy to set up and all ready to go in under 2 hours ( including heating) would agree that 4 people would be a bit tight but fine for 2 and small one …so looking forward to relaxing ..great quality and look ..thank you…”

“Able to order swiftly. Ours was on a pre-order basis and we expected a time of waiting before delivery. Products ordered arrived in the form of 3 deliveries. The last being the spa itself. Good email communication throughout. Haven't opened or started using any of the products. We are looking to move and will assemble after the move. :-)”

“We're really happy with our Wave hot tub - we have the Atlantic Plus! Although there was a bit of a wait on delivery, we knew this at the point of ordering. After some initial hiccups in getting the chemicals right on filling the tub, we've now got to grips with it and we've used it loads! Without doubt a very good purchase and something we can enjoy together as a family!”

“First of all, amazing product and incredible value for money. But the customer service is beyond amazing. Any little question, they are there to answer. Unfortunately my spa cover wasn’t up to scratch (clip was in the wrong place) and I emailed hoping for a replacement… next day the new one was in my hands. (Big thank you to Molly). We are paying a very competitive price for an inflatable hot tub (that is wonderful) and have a customer service team pretty much on hand for any little thing - this is an absolute bargain. Thank you wave!”
