“The company are trying hard to communicate their issues with their customers and appear to be open and honest which is a nice change. Their updates are short but informative and options open to cancel also provide comfort that they listen to feedback.”

“Ordered my spa March 2021, delivery was scheduled for June. I was kept informed by email when the extra items I ordered were on their way. As a gesture of goodwill they sent me 2 free filters which was nice. My spa arrived 12th June 2021, it was easy to set up and get it running. We have had a few problems with getting the chlorine or Ph of the water correct.”

“Purchased a Spa Atlantic Plus back in March and haven't been disappointed . The bubbles are strong and the adjustable temperature works well ,it does take a little while to heat up so just make sure it on a few hours before you want to use it . I would recommend adding on the drainage attachment and the floating dispenser and tablets as they keep the water hygienic and clear.”

“We ordered our Atlantic Spa in January with delivery date in the middle of May. Delighted to say it arrived 1 week earlier than expected:)) absolutely no issues on setting up, except I had a bit of a fall from a ladder the night we were supposed to use it…needless to say hubby and the 2 girls made great use of it for the 2 weeks I was injured. Fabulous service, worth the wait, we absolutely love it !”
