“I really love it but there are a few things I reaaly think should have been included, which are included with other makes. So you will need to buy the hose connector if you want to drain the tub to anywhere apart from straight underneath the tub. You will also need the inflatable inner top as only a thin cover is included. You will need all chemicals, test strips etc since none of them come included and even though there is one filter included - this only lasts a week so you need a few of them too. And you will need to get foam squares for under the tub as the ground sheet is think & flimbsy. Apart from that get tub and no isses with heating up fully so far.”

“Super quick and speedy service. Ordered hot tub last Friday evening (11th June) and it arrived the following Tuesday. Was notified regularly about dispatch and shipping throughout. Can't comment on my hot tub at moment as I haven't set it up yet. But very impressed so far with company. Would definitely recommend to use them.”

“Our hot tub was due to be delivered in July but has come a month early. Good updates for delivery including an hour slot. It’s currently heating up but installation was simple and clear.”

“My spa arrived 2 weeks later than estimated and I didn't receive any updates apart from when I chased for them. The spa seems to be working fine (after only a couple of days) although I think there is a slow puncture in the additional blow up lid I purchased that I will need to speak to them about. Easy for 1 person to setup.”
