“Fabulous although I haven’t used it as yet. It was easy set up but I had difficulty with securing the pipes and will ask my neighbor to sort out for me. It’s so much larger than I expected and it inflated easily. Fingers crossed once I get it filled up and the chemical stuff that goes into it I’ll know better”

“We ordered our hot tub in Early February for delivery late March - We were advised of a delay and kept informed throughout. Wave worked hard to minimise the delay and we were very happy with the customer service and product we received.”

“I have. contacted customer service a couple of times and they have always been very helpful,Zoe especially I ordered some alkali granules and the tub is much larger than from other suppliers, great value. We had a slight technical hitch being hot tub novices and Darren and Molly were most helpful. A great family company with fab customer service.”
