“Delighted with my new Osaka hot tub. It arrived 23 days early, which was great. Surprisingly easy to put together and get up and running. Customer service email, great. Anna was very helpful. Not enough info on chemical start up. I was sent a link to it which wasn't on the website... But should be.”

“My items swere delivered early. The the smell of 1of 4 jars specially tea tree not used the others yet was a bit will I smell it and would damage my hot tub but no works well and smell lovely on my skin”
