“I have now ordered and received a lovely rattan octagonal spa, which is superb, an inflatable cover (I got the 135cm round one that fits perfectly) which really keeps the heat in the water and stops the cover sagging, and a set of black pillows and a drinks holder. Initially, there was a little lack of communication about the delivery date of the spa, but once email contact was established we had good communications and it arived earlier than initially esitimated. I believe this was because they were very busy and their customer service slipped a bit, no phone contact. I had a problem with the heater unit which was nobody's fault and they swapped it over by courier within 48 hours. I would say this has been an excellent overall experience, with very high quality products and very friendly helpful staff. I do definitely wholeheartedly recommend this company and anyone may contact me for advice or information about my experiences.”
