“I think wave is a brilliant company. I ordered my hot tub from them in very first lockdown and although I had to wait a few month for it to be delivered and a year to use it till my patio was built. I can’t fault it. It’s the Atlantic spa for 6. Me and the family have had some great times in it and many more to come. All my accessories have also been from wave. Fast delivery and great prices too. I would highly recommend this company for all your spa and spa accessories”

“Does anyone else seem to be having this issue? I have changed the filter and held my finger on the filter button as required but nothing is working? I go to use the hot tub and the water is cold! No contact number to get hold of wave direct and it’s getting really annoying”

Hi there, If you haven't already tried this, please do as this should resolve it: Please could you press and hold the filter button until you hear the heater make a single beep and the display reads 150. This will reset the filter and resolve the issues you are having. If you do have any further problems please contact warrantyclaims@wavedirect.co.uk and they should be able to help you.
