“Good. Simple and straight forward. We have only one box of the two that should have come in the delivery, a warehouse mistake. This was simply resolved when it was explained and the second box was pushed out to us quickly, much faster than expected in the Covid backlog, which was really appreciated. Ordered additional things from them and they have arrived on time without any problems. Purchased the octagonal foam-sided hot tub. It's great, much more sturdy than I expected, strong bubbles and with a couple of foam matts underneath to add insulation, comfortable too.”

My delivery was sent to wrong address so they had to replace promised free filters for all the hassle as expected not received an dont expect I will ,they need a contact phone number as why should customers money be taken then cant get any answers when the items are taking months to deliver my daughter is wanting a hot tub but I wont be recomending wave”
