“First improvement I’d advise is to tighten up what is happening about deliveries as the order said one thing and when I emailed out of desperation because that never happened and we heard nothing for days I got told another thing. And what actually happened was something else!! The piece of kit is however very well made and we’re very pleased we bought WAVE. I had wondered what happened to the filter and filter housing because there was nothing in my manual I could find to say it was actually hidden in a storage compartment in the pump. Another email to customer services gave me that answer but I had to wait a couple of days I think to hear back. The instruction manual should definitely have something added to help future customers. In the interim why don’t you just add a note to the order sheet indicating where to find the filter and housing? Thanks, RichC”

“A honest and unbiased review of Wave Spars Having recently purchased our first ever hot tub from wave and have used it for the past two months ,we pre ordered the Atlantic plus 6 person hot tub we had to wait about two months due to current situation but was delivered on time,we are absolutely delighted with our Wave hot tub, the size is bigger than we expected easy to set up and use. We placed orders for filters,spar float, chemicals all arrived when promised,we received excellent service from wave . Only disappointment was having to order the inflatable top at £38 which I believe should be included in the purchase of the hot tub even if they increase the cost of tub to include lid .we ordered ours after we got the hot tub thus had to wait further weeks and have only just received it, but tub is now away for winter so have not used We highly recommend wave spars excellent product at an affordable price.”
