“Ordered my wave spa during the 1st lockdown duely arrived on the delivery date they said it would, spa is easy to put inflate and set up and heats up much quicker than it's competitors i have since emailed wave direct for advice and clarification on a few things that the manual didn't mention and the support I received was very quick considering what is happening in the world at the moment, I have since recommended to several friends who have also purchased spas with wave direct, all in all a great company with impressive hot tubs at excellent prices.”

“Ordered during spring lockdown but arrived ahead of time. Issues with the product though. Always seems to heat 1 degree under the set temperature particularly when it’s a bit cooler outside. We used it for about 2 months before it seemed to get a puncture. This is kept inside a sunroom with no sharp objects or debris. It’s seemed to built up a lot of pressure one night so can only think it has been a pressure puncture even though this shouldn’t have been possible. For these reasons I would not recommend this products to others.”

“I would have put excellent, although after waiting a long time for product mostly due to COVID 19 i expect. I was disappointed to see that cover for the hot tub had a lock missing I don’t understand how after checks to ensure your product is to a standard that this could have escape these checks. I did email to inform you of this but had no reply. Regards Amellia”
