“Our spa arrived last week and it’s fantastic! We previously had an inflatable one, which we loved, but it burst. This one keeps the heat in much better, gets lovely and hot, and it’s a real luxury to sit in it at night looking at the stars :-) It was a little late arriving because of issues outside the company’s control, but they communicated really well with us and we’re really happy with the product & service.”

“Had my Wave Atlantic for nearly a year and I'm extremely happy with it. Easy to set up, stored it away over winter then set up again earlier this year with no troubles. Perfect for me and my partner and sits comfortably in my small garden. Best purchase of 2020 by far!”

“After initially a long wait for the hot tub last summer, it arrived and we have never had any issues with it, I ordered an inflatable lid & when it came I realised I had ordered the wrong size so returned it & re ordered correct size, customer services were very helpful & quick to reply.”

“Bought our Wave Spa hot tub last year but didn't open it or set it up until the end of March 2021. We were very impressed with the quality and ease of set up. We have used and loved it since. We ordered extra filters too. We found the communication with Wave to be very good and would definitely recommend Wave to all who are looking to purchase a hot tub. Friends of ours have another well known hot tub from a large DIY store, after seeing ours they wish they had also bought Wave. We'll done Wave and keep up the good work.”
