“I ordered my wave spa with such apprehension due to some pretty awful reviews I'd read. I pre ordered with delivery due on the 11th July, not only did my hot tub arrive 3 days early, but the customer service has been nothing but 5*, prompt replies, super helpful and overall just brilliant! “Im very impressed with my spa its well made and its a good size and easy enough to get in and out of as the sides are not too high, it heats up well. My problem was the delivery it took a long time to get here l ordered in May and did not arrive to 15th July ,my only complaint everything else is great happy with my purchase”

“Very happy with my Atlantic hot tub, great price, clear instructions, easy to assemble and great heat and bubbles. Heated quicker with inflatable cover on underneath hot tub cover saving heating cost. Brilliant customer service who explained why delivery date was put back, but I was very happy it arrived before new delivery date.”
