“I love this hot tub. The water is wonderful and the water is up to temp and stays there no issue. My problem is it asks me to change filter every week? I know our water in Missouri is hard water, we tried pre-clearing the water when filling from the hose. We almost always need to change the water every 2 weeks, and this seems excessive. Any advice would be appreciated.”

Hi Karla! Not to worry, the 'CHG FIL' is simply recommending you change or clean the filter if you haven't done so for a while. You can clear the message by pressing and holding the 'Filter' button on your Heating Unit until it beeps :) Kind Regards, Tom @ Team Wave

“Bunch of back and forth emails and still no ship date or delivery info of any kind just a bunch of rhetoric. I would not recommend them to any one. I believe most of their reviews are false. No contact phone number which should be a BIG Red flag to anyone even thinking about it. In this day and age how could you not at least have a voicemail or at least a call service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Never received spa.”

“I cannot fault Wave Spas - Brilliant product - and the customer service is phenomenal. They email back within minutes - even at weekends. So helpful. We had a issue with our tub (only the lining popped out- still worked) I emailed them about it and within 10 mins they sent out a new tub which will arrive in 3 days. No hassle, no 100 questions to answer. Brilliant company- highly recommend!”

“Received my spa fairly quickly, easy set up. Enjoyed the spa almost every night, loved it! Until I kept getting E5 code and it wouldn't heat anymore. I tried everything I could think of to get the pump to work with no success. Since it was still under warranty I emailed their customer support. Response time was extremely fast and Morgan was extremely helpful. As soon as I sent her everything she needed, she sent my a new pump via shopping and even scheduled a pick up for the old pump so I didn't have to make a trip anywhere to drop it off. Very happy with their customer service. Hoping the next pump lasts me longer than 3 months.”

“My husband and I are both very thrilled with our wave spa. We were skeptical about being able to fit 4 adults in it when our friends visit, but we did and it was still pretty comfortable. We ran into a problem with a rip in the seam near the drain shortly after we purchased but customer service was quick to replace the tub and resolve the problem. My husband says this hot tub is his favorite thing he has ever bought, lol. We are very happy overall.”

“Hello, I've had the swift ridgid hot tub since the 15th October and it's brilliant. If you're looking for a hard hot tub without breaking the bank then this is the one. The air jets are powerful and heats upto 40° and is bigger than you think. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy, you won't be disappointed.”
