“I have had my Pacific since August. I have only emptied and refilled it once in all that time and that was because I went away. I used it last night. I have had very good service and communication with Wave Direct. I would highly recommend these guys if you are thinking of getting a hot tub.”

“Delivery was a week later than expected, after a 3 month wait due to Covid and supply demands a week late wasn't too bad to cope with. We ordered a swift rigid for £799, well worth the money and the wait. Very easy to put up and a good design. We have had the product for 12 weeks now and have had none of the faults reported on different models. Filters easy to change, the power egg is quiet and the water gets to a very hot temperature. We are very happy with service, sometimes waiting over a week for a reply from customer services regarding delivery, again due to Covid the company have had lots of issues, fortunately we didn't have to report a fault or i can see this would of been disappointing. All in all i would recommend the company and the product and have thoroughly enjoyed having a hot tub during lockdown, we plan to keep it up in the summerhouse all winter hence us going for a more economic design.”

“Bought the Atlantic Plus, which took about three months to arrive, however we knew this at the time we ordered. Setup was straight forward and it is an excellent tub and good value for money compared to its competitors. I have also ordered some accessories test strips etc. which were on time and as expected.”
