“The service I’ve had from wave has been fantastic . I was advised of a delay in the hot tub due to international issues, but in fact the hot tub then arrived early which I was delighted about. I hadn’t received the chemicals but with an indication from wave and they were sent out very quickly to me also. I’m delighted with my new hot tub and in between the rain showers are getting good use of it.”
