“After ready some of the reviews I was a little worried that I might have bought a spa and it not turn up or there would be trouble trying to get hold of people to chase a delivery. I have been nothing but impressed with everything so far. I purchased a spa that was available for ore delivery on the 22nd August. I ordered it a couple of weeks before this date fully happy with the fact that I might have to wait a while. That was actually good for me as I m currently trying to move house and wanted it in my hew house. Communication from Wave Spa was timely and informative and I received my spa before the 22nd so much so I actually do not have the spa at the mo in my flat!! Being able to split the cost with Klarna has also made this spa affordable. It was one of the main reasons I chose wave spa. I was going to buy the Aldi intex one but saw this one at the same price and I could spread the cost over 6 months. Perfect.”

“Wave spa (Swift) is a fantastic addition. Took less than 30 minutes for 2 of us to assemble. Delivered well ahead of schedule and a problem with the Delivery Company was sorted within a few days by Joe from Wave Customer services. I would and have highly recommend this tub.”

“Purchased an Osaka hot tub on a Monday and it had arrived by the Wednesday super quick delivery. Was easy to set up and we were enjoying using it by the Thursday. I would highly recommend this company as had a small issue with the heating unit (which did correct itself) and after one email wave spa replied the next day. Can’t fault this company”

“I've had my soft tub for 5 weeks now and don’t want to jinx it but I’m really pleased with it. I did have to wait a few weeks longer than originally expected when I placed the order but Wave kept me informed and with the inclement British weather it wasn’t a problem. I takes a while to heat up but I tend to leave the heat on constantly If I know I'm going to be using it the next day and then turn it down when not. It does go through filters quite quickly, but rather than replacing them If they look ok I just rinse them and and put them back in. I bought a chemical starter pack but so far have only needed a small amount of chlorine and I keep a float with a chlorine tablet in the spa when i’m not using it. The pump is quite loud, not sure if it bothers my neighbours, but you can have a conversation over it. All in all I love my tub and wouldn’t want to be without it.”
