“Went to the Redhill branch, friendly, honest service. Felt really comfortable and safe, will be using them for all my tire needs in future. No need to make an appointment, you just rock up. Everything is very clean, nice waiting room, caught a bit of bargain hunters on the telly, can’t complain. Thank you to my tire fitter who made a stage like appearance and then swiftly, his words not mine, retreated into his hole.”

“We have had numerous instances recently to call upon Watling Tyres to “get us back on the road” because of punctures to company vehicles. Most recently to two instances of punctures, one on a worksite with the vehicle blocking an entrance and another to a vehicle urgently needed for use next day . In both cases we received quick and efficient responses and got us moving. Can’t ask any more. Excellent service. Well done.”

“Deeply impressed. The response to my call to the REDHILL Branch was friendly and efficient. A really pleasant man called Richard came out to me within minutes and took the wheel off my car as the spare provided was the wrong one and I went with him to their workshop where they changed the tyre within minutes and Richard drove me back and fitted the wheel back on my car. I was treated by a friendly smile and my tyre was done straight away, put back on and my spare neatly put away in my boot. “I run four + cars in the family and have been using Watling Tyres in Redhill for around 30 years now. I always get great service from both the management and the fitters there. That's why I keep going back!! They are really nice people and always willing to help, give advice, they are flexible and totally reliable and able to source any tyre you want very quickly. I know a number of people in the area who think the same. They are friendly people who really know their business so you can always rely on them to do the right job properly. The fact that so many of the staff are 'long termers' who believe in customer service is a rare find these days but without doubt that is what also generates customer loyalty. I would not go anywhere else. 'Nice people to do business with'!!”

“Normally good for tyres they appeared to be very expensive for something that I thought vas pretty simple and straightforward. With no fixed price given ended up paying £95 on completion of oil and filter change. Will not use again for this kind of work. The service was friendly though.”

“I used to like and trust them. No longer I do. Rang to get a quote on something that was pretty straightforward but instead of getting the price I was told that "normally we would do it for such and such". When asked what that would depend on i didn't get a reasonable answer but still brought the car to the garage. Having finished the work the man asked me what quote I was given and when I said that there was no exact figure he charged me the upper price they mentioned on the phone. Did not feel like I wanted to argue as surely if the price is not fixed then one can be charged whatever. I now feel been ripped off but have learned my lesson and certainly will not return.”
