“I've used the Tunbridge Wells branch several times in the past. They're always courteous and professional. I went in yesterday after my car was showing a warning for severe pressure loss on one tyre. They found a nail in the tyre, removed it and fixed it all for £20. This has happened with them before - they could insist I need a new tyre and make a substantial sale but they are consistently fair and honest. Well done to all concerned.”

“While they do OK work, apparently the tyre removal machine has an issue with wheel sizes. Difference in pricing between a 17" and 18" wheel makes no sense. The justification for the difference was "if we damage it." Surely, doesn't matter what size the wheel is as if they damage it, they damage it. Or they just like to upcharge where possible and think the customer is none the wiser.”

“Decent tyre dealers are hard to find in my experience. After successive disappointments with ATS it's been an absolute pleasure to discover Watling Tyres, Tunbridge Wells - on a friend's recommendation. A totally professional and customer focused service and very reasonably priced too. I have a 20 year old Audi TT with recently refurbished rims. The new front tyres I wanted arrived next day, and I needed a tyre swap to leave the best of the old four on the back. I was shown some existing cosmetic rim damage before removing the old tyres - and being aware already I found this very reassuring. An air gun was used to help loosen one stubborn stud, otherwise all work was done by hand. Courteous, friendly, efficient and Covid-secure service. Highly recommended.”
