“Being a young driver, I've been nervous about where to go if I have a problem with my car. I've heard a lot of horror stories about people getting ripped off. I had a tyre problem so I went to my local Watling Tyres in Dartford and they were great. The guy behind the desk gave me a price of what he thought would cost to fix the problem, gave me a estimated time to be back by, and I left my keys with him. He gave me a call as soon as I could pick up the car (which was even quicker than I thought!). Amazing service and very honest! And most importantly I wasn't ripped off at all! I'll definitely be returning here if I ever have another problem with my car.”

“Went to Northfleet branch where they were very helpful & fitted 4 new tyres to my Motorhome . As per instructions in my Mercedes Benz book , went back a few days later to have the Torque ratings on each tyre rechecked after doing the required extra mileage as requested . This done speedily . “Maidstone branch staff are fantastic. Polite, helpful, thorough and as a female I appreciate not being talked to like an idiot (which has happened at another well known tyre fitter competitor in the past) I cannot recommend them highly enough, nothing too much bother. You get the customer service you like to expect but very rarely get. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“The team at the Maidstone branch of Watling Tyres are polite and helpful. They always find time to hell you out of a tight spot. My mother in law ran over a pot hole a burst a tyre. The tyre had a hole in the side wall and being a new car had no spare. I phone the team at Watling and with in 20 minuets they were with her replacing the tyre. It's the service that matters in any industry and Watling tyres Maidstone have it in spades.”

“The Branch manager at the gillingham depot is one of the most helpful fitters I have the pleasure of dealing with. He was full of knowledge to advise on tyres for my riding style and how I use my bike. Also john broke it down into how tyres perform relative to the compounds etc etc fast realiable and just brilliant customer service thank you! will definately be taking my cars and bikes there in the future.”

Incredible service, he took the wheel off the bike and swiftly fitte a moose and even straightened the 'ding' in the rim. First class, will definitely recommend and use again.”

I would like to commend Sam Spillet the technician who fitted my tyres, he pointed out to me that my old tyres still had a lot of life left in them and that i could sell them on to a local Tyre place.
