“Great service just about to go on holiday had a flat tyre went to the Redhill branch. Found that I needed a new tyre and I did not have a spare. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but made a few calls and found one at another branch.They then sent a van to get my tyre while I left the car at the branch. I went back after a couple of hours and my car was ready.I must say that this was a great help so that I could continue my journey. Once again thank you so much.”

“Rainham, Kent branch. I have been getting my car MOT here for a few years. These guys are fantastic. They just solved a knock that 2 other garages couldnt solve and done it for far less than other places wanted to charge. The staff really know their stuff and are all very friendly. I trust these guys completely and I didnt realise they could do so much. Its not just about tyres.”

“Visited Catford branch to have new tyres and tubes fitted to my newly built Moto Guzzi wire wheels. Every care was taken with them and the job was carried out professionally and politely. Not a mark on them ! Would use this branch again - recommended.”

“Had two front tyres fitted at Sittingbourne. Experienced a rumble - they told me to bring the car back for a check. They retracked the steering, the rumble persisted, so they called it in a second time. They found the offside front ball joint was worn but as the car was due a service the next day I declined their offer to do the repair.Watling tyres refused to charge me for the extra work, even though the problem was not related to the fitting of the new tyres. The courtesy of the staff and the quality of their service will ensure that I will always use this branch”

“Disgusted with the service from two branches. Walked into gillingham branch to ask about fitting 4 new tyres for my car and did explain that the tyres I currently have is winter one's and wanted to fit summer tyres which I already have brand new set. Was quoted 16 pounds all inclusive per tyre including the disposal of the old one ! Told the guy that I do not need to dispose the old one as I will refit it begining of winter . Still the same price..... no difference . Phoned Rainham branch explained the same circumstances was quoted £24.10 all incluisve per tyre a difference of £8.10 from one branch to another and they are 1 mile apart. That what I call a day robbery . Shame on you .”

“Very disappointed. Document number on receipt 35C30411 Had 4 tyres fitted, wheels balanced and wheel alignment carried out at Margate branch on 25.04.15. The previous day when I was at the garage booking my vehicle in a Mercedes ML was having new tyres and balancing carried out. The fitter used stick on weights on the wheels after cleaning the inside with solvent. On the day that my tyres were fitted I noticed that the same fitter used hammer on weights for my alloy wheels. This didn't ring any alarm bells until somebody told me that stick on weights should be used due to the damage that hammer on weights can cause, upon checking online it became apparent that this is true. The vehicle was washed for the first time on 11.05.15, it was noticed that the nearside rear wheel only had 3 bolts holding it on-There could only be 3 possible reasons for this 1. The bolt had been stolen(unlikely) 2. The bolt had fallen out(this would mean that the fitter didn't tighten the bolt correctly) 3. The bolt wasn't refitted after the work was carried out(most likely) I have emailed Watling Tyres twice now on enquiries@watling-tyres.co.uk asking for their comments or explanation-Thus far I have received no response. I am extremely unhappy with this situation, hence this negative review. Firstly my wheels have potentially been damaged by the use of hammer on weights, secondly my car was left in a potentially dangerous condition by the omission of fitting the 4th bolt. All-in all a very disappointing experience. Supporting evidence in the form of invoice and receipt can be supplied to substantiate this review if required.”

“My mother in law took her Mazda 3 into Watling Tyres at Swanley to have two front tyres replaced. She had earlier visited some of the jokers at a major rival who claimed she needed 4 new tyres at £99 a go. Utter nonsense. The chap at Swanley told her she definitely needed one tyre and that the second one was still OK but would probably need replacing in the not too distant future. The other two were still fine. She bought some Firestones at £69 each. Honest advice and excellent service. She said he was a nice chap too. We're definitely look at using Watling tyres in the future.”

“BRILLIANT SERVICE AND REALLY HELPFUL Watling Tyres fitted some new motorcycle tyres ( which they did not supply) to my rims. They were legal but old and the front kept going down slowly. Turns out the previous owner of the bike had used tyre mousse and left it in there. As I said I wanted the old tyres to take away the fitter ( without asking) took the time and trouble to wash out all the stinking gloop from the tyres before putting them in my car. When I took the front wheel back to Watling Tyres as it was still losing air a different fitter (Lee) took the tyre off again and found the cause of the leak. Lee gave me the number of someone who could repair the wheel (No charge for this visit). When the wheel was fixed I took it back in this morning and another fitter put the tyre back on and tested it for me. No charge for this visit either. On three different visits with different fitters I got nothing but great service So if you are a biker and you want tyres fitted by professionals who take pride in their work and will go the extra mile to keep you on the road, don't go anywhere else. 6 stars.”

“Friday morning , the weekend is here great. But on opening the garage door & seeing a screw sticking out of my now totally flat rear tyre , not so great. I pumped up the tyre & made my way (slowly) to Watling tyres in Catford. Arriving at 8:00 am just as they opened, I was ushered in straight away. My bike was on paddock stands & the rear wheel was off in no time. By the time I`d had a cup of coffee , the puncture was repaired , the wheel was balanced & back on the bike. All this for only £28.00 , a saving of about £100 or so , for a new tyre. Many thanks to James, the fitter & all the team at Catford. A quick & efficient job well done. Well recommended Tim Fawcett”

“Recently in Dover helping fellow pensioner move home when, with car fully and laboriously loaded, we discovered one tyre appeared to have lost pressure. Called in at nearby branch of Watlings fully expecting that at best we'd have to unload and defer move to following day. But no, we received a warm and courteous welcome at Watlings. all tyres were inspected, a puncture identified and a repair quickly and efficiently effected. All at very reasonable cost too. Will definitely seek out and go to Watlings should need arise again within reach of any of their branches. Mungo Campbell Surrey”

“I've been going to Watling Tyres at Rainham Mark for three years or more and wouldn't consider going elsewhere. I last went on Monday after work, as I'd picked up a screw in one of my tyres, causing a slow puncture. I also wanted a couple of other little things sorted and fully expected to leave my car overnight as it was close to 5pm when I got there. True to form, work on my car started immediately and within half an hour or so, I was driving home. Many thanks to Simon for a sterling job and Ray for a good price.”
