“1. In March I had a burst tyre in Hastings on their truly apalling roads and I nursed the car down to Watling Tyres who were really helpful and kind to an elderly handicapped woman. They had me up and running in about 30 mins. 2. In May I noticed that one of my tyres was nearly flat and the rest needed help so I rang and asked if they would pump my tyres up if I came down to them and they said yes but I was not to go to them in case I hit another pothole, they would come to me. A very nice young man came around 15 mins later, pumped up all the tyres to the right pressure and said they were only too pleased to help and all I had to do was telephone them for help. THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY CHARGE FOR THIS so I got them a box of biscuits when I went shopping. My husband always used Watlings at Hastings and as an ex motor mechanic he knows the good from the bad and he said they are really good. Sadly my husband now has Alzheimers so cannot complete this himself but I, as a almost 80 year old woman severely injured in a bomb blast can only thank them for their kindness and help.”

“Visited the Rainham Kent site as I had a slow puncture. Social distancing was in place due to COVID 19 and I felt safe. Turns out it wasn't a tyre puncture in the end but a faulty valve and the chap who served me was very helpful in getting it sorted out for me at a very reasonable price.”
