“On Tuesday morning I had a bit of a drama with a flat tyre. Typically I had little time and an important meeting to attend. The Redhill branch was very busy, but on hearing my story the manager himself fitted the new tyre and I was off to my meeting in 15 minutes. As a local employer in a customer service market I am consistently amazed by the level of service provided by this branch and, in particular, the manager, whose professionalism seems to rub off on all the staff. Why anyone should use another company in the Redhill area I can't imagine. The branch is a credit to your organisation.”
