“Took an M5 to the Gravesend branch to repair a puncture. The whole team was very professional. They started working on the tyre right away and repaired it in no time. They took really good care of the car and even torqued the wheel nuts. Will definitely use them again in future. Highly recommend.”

“Having found my wife's car with a completely flat tyre, needing to change to the spare wheel flipping quick in order to get to work, I was already feeling under the cosh. Passing Margate Watling tyres, I drove in, and asked for a quick appraisal as to whether the flat was repairable. Thanks to the efficient and polite chap taking care of things, I hit a quick answer followed by an efficient repair. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'm very grateful!”

“Appalling doesn’t begin to describe the service. First call at 02.30, advised that call out to the port of Dover was restricted to after 07.00 due to security pass not being issued. No problem, limp out of port and stop on the duel carriageway. Advise call centre of new location but, apparently only fitter on call is now tired and gone to bed. Not available until 07.00. Finally turn up just after 07.00. So happy to leave livestock waiting 4.5 hours for their 24/7 service. Shame they have this area sewn up as really not the best!”

“I went to the Margate branch I was greeted by two friendly mechanics I got my car tracking done and they were very informative which I loved as being someone who doesn’t know much about my car made me a little more aware. They were very professional and friendly and was more than happy to help. For me personally I feel they went above and beyond to help me and I would definitely recommend after I was recommended by a friend.”

“Visited the Hastings branch at around 4pm as I noticed my tyres were losing pressure and the guys identified what needed to be done straight away. They ordered new tyres and fitted them by the next day at 10am. Great service and value.”

“Left high and dry by Watling Tyres, Margate.Did a reseal on a tyre which failed days later leaving us without a vehicle over the bank holiday.Didn’t show any interest in trying to rectify the failure instead told us to join breakdown company to get vehicle back to them.Poor customer service-Didn’t even get an apology for the initial failure.”
