“Watling tyres maidstone are the best tyre place in maidstone. They give good customer service. All very friendly and polite and dont rip you off like some garages do. I rang to ask about my tyres to which they didnt have in stock but when i said i needed them asap.the man said he will get them by 12 so i went there at 12 and they were in. Two new tyres on my car.Thanks guys for your help. Your all the best.”

“After I went to Kwik Fit (I have always used them for tyres) to check my tyres. Sadly, the chap could not be bothered to even step away from his desk and told me I would have to wait 45 minutes form them to take a look I remembered Watling Tyres which is a little bit further away from me. I drove across and spoke to Lee Jarvis, he was more than happy to help. I waited a few minutes and he came and checked my tyres. Advised me of the “markers” and that I do not need new tyres yet. Happy with the service I asked roughly how much replacement tyres would be and he gave me all the information as if I was going to buy them now knowing that I am not yet. Although they do not keep the Michelin tyres in stock the can order them for me and they would be there the next day depending on availability. Fantastic customer service and I certainly know where I will be going from now on for my replacement tyres. Thank you Lee.”

“I rang yesterday with concerns of a grating noise coming from a wheel side, I was advised to bring the car in anytime to have it checked over and soon did today 03/11/17. It turns out it was the front break pads and two tyres had gone, I was shown the severity of the damage and cost. I was due to pick up the car for 4.30pm today but the guys very kindly finished much sooner than this and rang me straight away to collect. If I had left my car as it was it would have also cost me two break discs! Not what I needed just before Christmas but so greatful to the guys and you will be highly recommended at KCC! Thank you, Sam”
