“Got a nail in my 4x4 tyre. Rang up watling tyres rainham . Great and friendly service ordered in a tyre for me and rang when when it came in . Drove over and fitted new tyre and changed around my rotation tyre from my spare wheel as well . Great service . Just glad they where open . Thanks scooter for all you help .stay safe”

“I brought my work van in at 8am, the staff jumped right on it, they checked the tread and explained the depth to me, 2 brand new tyres, in and out in a flash, soo please with the guys at Tunbridge wells depot, thanks so much.”

“I have just written a review for Watling Tyres and I should have put Watling Tyres of Redhill. I have been using them for over 35 years and have always been very happy with their service. I had to call them out today during the coronavirus lockdown and they respected all the rules of social distancing. Thanks very much Watlings.”

“Saturday 28032020 Rainham Branch Phoned to see if they were open and had tyres in stock. Very helpful as usual. On arrival manager was there to direct me to fitting bay. I was advised to either wait in car, wait in the car park or if no one is in the reception wait there. The two tyres were replaced but they carried out a tyre check of the other two and found them to be close to the legal limit so they replaced them. The seriousness they take in sanitising surfaces(card reader, work surfaces and door handles that customers use) is excellent. I have been using this branch for mine and my wife's vehicles for years and will continue to do so. Thank you for your excellent customer service and hygiene during this pandemic. Well done”

“I always use Swanley Watlings for my bikes and cars. Always get a fair price and a good service plus they know their stuff. I also use them to change my motorbike brake pads. I bought the wrong set of pads twice and twice they removed the worn pads to change and twice they were wrong type. They did not charge me either of these 2 times even though I was at fault (was actually Piaggio dealer error) and wasted their time. Just had new car tyres fitted last week and again good job, fair price and great service. They earned my loyalty so I do not go anywhere else.”

“Very bad experience at Sittingbourne brunch! Firstly to say is only for customer service/reception wise because I not get to the services. We have booked for 12pm on 21/03/2020 for tracking and we been 11:40 there (20 minutes before) - we try to go to the reception but some one shouting " where are you going?"- we said to reception - for tracking. The reply was no chance today but sorry we are booked for 12? He said something for my friend but he dos not understood (the reason I am there- to translate). The man started showing me strange things with the hands- I told him that I speak English and he showing me the car park and to sit (probably in the car - in the reception was few people and probably concerned for corona virus?) OK we sit in the car, no one took our car reg. or paper? At 12 I was a bit inpatient but no one coming back to us and another two car was in the garage? We went to reception and another man said waiting for Steve I think. He come and said "What?" We are booked for 12 I said. Will be minimum of 30 minutes wait - he said. Sorry but coming from Maidstone and wait 1 hour (may more and such a rudeness ?) it is not acceptable for us especially with booking and no one care about us- it is not professional and 0 customer service. We spok another language with my friend but this is the reason I'm there- for translation. Probably he ignored us because of this! But we are customers and he should treat us Fairly. Later he said - OK I can start in 15 minutes. I said sorry - NO. I'm sure that will may not coming back to you because I 'm not English but I'm British from 12 years and I'm here already 20 years and never treated like this- is not acceptable AT ALL. This is very serious matter! He may have bad day but shouldn't do it that way!”

“What wonderful service! I was able to contact the branch really easily, spoke to someone extremely polite and helpful, got a good price to replace a shock absorber on my son’s car and got booked in within a couple of days. They even offered to pick me up and drop me off. So friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!!”

“The team at Rainham Kent are excellent, it was no trouble for them to find the fault in being unable to get the spare wheel down from it stowage under my motorhome. The problem was the wheel had a anti theft arrangement around it unknown to them or me.”

“Hastings branch have been particularly helpful and very accomodating when fitting my 2new tyres. After ringing and ordering the exact tyres needed for my car, they notified me when they had arrived and managed to squeeze me in on my way home from work. The staff there are most helpful and polite. They are really flexible to fit you in and have a big, CLEAN waiting room to accomodate you and any family members or in my case child I had with me. The get the tyres in quick and were fairly priced and didn't overcharge. I would definately recommend them. Hastings is a local branch and the one I return to each time I need tyres.”
