“I went into Watling Tyres Gravesend this afternoon with no appointment. I thought i would chance it. I was greeted by Scott, and he was so polite and honest. He informed me that I did not need all the work done that a main dealer had told me I needed. They then did the work very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Watling Tyres from now on instead of the 'trusted' main dealers, who now seem to want to take your money. Thank you Gravesend, and Scott in particular.”

“Very friendly and helpful. I'd ordered tyres to be fitted at Watling through Blackcircles, and the tyres were wrong. As I was replacing my tyres due to a puncture and running on my temp/spare, it couldn't be left for another day. Watling staff very quickly found me the correct sized tyres nearby, fetched and fitted them for me for a very similar cost, and really swiftly. Great service, honest, frank, and friendly staff. Thank you.”

“Excellent customer service, John at Gillingham even stayed late on a Saturday to sort out a bolt that had sheared off on my BMW's fork leg AND THEN came over to Gravesend to pick me up and ferry me back to Gillingham to collect my bike. 11 out of 10!”

“What a refreshing experience! Friendly knowledgable service and NO NEED TO BOOK. I’ve used the Hastings branch a few times now and I still can’t get over the fact that I can just call or turn up and be dealt with so quickly. Proof that business and pleasure can be mixed. Many thanks.”

“I went in to them to enquire about prices and after a quick examination by (who I found out later) the manager, he advised me that the tyres I had on were not for my vehicle. We went back to his office and the price to replace all 4 tyres was excellent. I asked about booking a time to replace the tyres and he said "we dont do that here, you arrive and the next free bay is yours". I must say that this impressed me as most other places are by appointment only (which is a real PITA if you have a puncture). Anyway I came back a couple of days later, no waiting, straight into a bay and I had all 4 tyres replaced in a very short time. My car drives perfectly now and is the smoothest ride I have had for many years. Many thanks to the staff at Watling tyres Hastings. You will certainly see me back in the future.”

“Warming tyres Hastings -Thought my Dads bike had puncture and was prepared for replacement to find was just the valve. The guys tried to not charge anything (despite the fact they spent over 20mins fixing) . Can't thank these guys enough, just the friendliest nicest chaps”
