“Watling Tyres - Redhill were great when I took my car in this week to have my tyre looked at. Their service was very quick and the mechanic who helped was very polite and friendly explaining fully what the options were before ordering a new tyre which arrived the next day! I have used them before and would definitely recommend them.”

“Visited the Hastings Branch today for a slow puncture that had been gradually getting worse. I called expecting to have to book an appointment but was told to come straight down. The service was second to none the tyre was repaired and I was on my way in no time at all. Great customer service and will certainly use and recommend again.”

“Just coming up for MOT and knew I needed to replace at least 2 tyres. I called Friday but hadn't time to go in, so went on Saturday. Tyres were inspected and 2 were OK so other two to be replaced and I asked for tracking to be checked, as wear on tyres was uneven. Staff very polite and helpful. Offered me coffee (nice gesture, but I don't drink it). Tracking was out, so that was corrected. Overall approx 1 hour. Have been here before and will continue to use them as needed.”

“I normally do not leave reviews but thought it was prudent to this time. The guys at the Gillingham branch do an absolutely amazing job. The customer service is first class, the workmanship fantastic and their ability and patience to fit emergency jobs in wonderful. (As long as you have the patience to wait in turn for a fitter to be free). You do not need to go anywhere else for your service and tyres. Thank you guys”

“I've used Watling Tyres at Rainham (Kent) a few times and service and speed has always been excellent. Staff have always been courteous, helpful and friendly. Needs a keen eye to find it, just off the A2 opposite a large Tescos, but I think that's the reason why I've never had to wait.”

“A change of tyres from winter to summer for run flats. Rainham could not have been more helpful - they identified 2 defective tyres (virtually new) on the summer ones caused by damage in removal. We went back to the Company that removed them and obtained free replacements. 3 weeks later Rainham changed the 4 tyres with a comment on one of the winter tyres. Customer service and knowledge first class - thanks.”
