“After dropping my son at football on Saturday I popped into Watling Tyres Gravesend to get my tyres checked, they were extremely busy as it was a saturday at 9am but Tony said they'd take a look for me. I was offered a seat in reception and joined the queue of waiting customers. As I sat and watched the boys at work I could see they were all very stretched but there was still service with a smile. Whilst I was waiting an older lady made some comments under her breath about how long they had waited as Tony walked past. She was incredibly rude and Tony explained they were very busy and they would get to her shortly. He dealt with this very professionally because I was frustrated by her rudeness and also pointed out they were busy and they had come in after me. Even her husband was embarrassed by her! Tony kept his calm and still carried on serving his constant flow of customers whilst popping out to check the boys were ok outside. When it came to my turn, Zak checked my tyres and pumped them up ensuring I was safe on the road again. They gave me a price for new ones and I shall be returning to get them fitted there! Great prices. Great customer service.”

“Just to thank your local Watling Branch. My wife had a flat in the middle of Reigate town centre . No spare phoned me at work I got in touch with your branch spoke to Clive and the whole work was finished within around 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to any one. Also like to thank the technician who carried out the work he made my wife feel safe and assured that he was looking after her safety.”

“Fantastic service today from the boys at your gravesend depot. I was greeted by Tony the manager as I got out of my car. I was unsure if I needed my tracking looking at or my wheels balanced. The boys checked my tracking and that was fine; I was grateful for their honesty and help where most garages would have charged me regardless. Can't recommend them enough especially as I am not a woman who knows about cars. Thank you Tony and staff.”

“I went into your Gravesend branch today and it was like a breath of fresh air. I had been previously told by another garage that I needed 4 new tyres ! As a single Mum this is almost impossible for me to afford all at once, I had been told by a girlfriend that you are a fair place to go, so decided I would pop into your branch and get a second opinion. I'm so pleased I did, I was met by Tony with a nice "Morning how may I help you", I explained what had happened and asked if someone could possibly have a look for me, he said yes I'll get someone for you, they were a bit busy so I expected a wait, Colin who was next to him said that he would come out right away and check them, I stayed inside, two minutes and he was back and explained that I did in fact only need 2, my initial reaction was, are you sure? He said my other 2 had plenty more miles yet and didn't need replacing. I was so pleased and annoyed at the other garage at the same time, I asked could they be done today, he said it would be about 5 minutes and he could get my car in, sure enough within half an hour I was on my way with 2, not 4, new tyres and a smile on my face. Sorry my review is rather long, I wanted to say that as a woman I frequently feel reluctant to go to a garage about my car, as so often we are taken advantage off and made to spend more than we actually need to, as I found at the other garage!! It was so nice to be greeted in a pleasant manor, be served quickly and HONESTLY, I will only be coming to this branch from now on and will be recommending you to everyone I know, Thank You Tony and Colin for making it a stress free experience.”

“I use the services of the Redhill Depot on a regular basis. I find their service to be second to none and the turnaround almost unbelievable. The mobile tyre fitter Glynn is without doubt the most customer focused and efficient, tyre fitter I have had the pleasure have on my site. All round great service from Glynn and Redhill”
