“I drive LGV for Jewson ltd Tunbridge Wells, and over all the years we have been with them at the Tunbridge Wells branch they have always been lovely, nothing is to much trouble, even when I turn up in a rush they always get it sorted quickly, I have used them on my private car as well as I know they do a good price and look after you.. Over all a great friendly bunch to do business with.”

“Went into Rainham Mark branch today after being turned away by ATS as i shouldve booked in when i knew i was going to get a puncture!! The guys at Rainham Mark were excellent, polite, made to feel welcome, offered coffee. Puncture repaired fast and eficiently and for much less than ATS! Brilliant service all round, thank you.”

“A tyre pressure warning light on our VW Golf caused a hasty detour to Watlings at REDHILL. Glyn on reception quickly ushered the car on to the work area and a screw in a rear tyre was quickly spotted. Ryan swiftly fixed the slow puncture whilst we waited in the warm, cosy reception area. All was fixed in under half an hour for a very reasonable price. We are most grateful for the absolutely top-notch service from the Redhill staff.”

“I was waiting 2 hours for a tyre change and tracking in Rainham. While this is a first time to happen since I've used Watling Tyres and I'm very happy overall with them. Just this time I was left very unhappy with the waiting time. There was only two men working and there was only 1 customer ahead of me.”

For our specialists, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we always strive to provide the highest quality of service. Unfortunately there was a staff shortage that day and this is why the full tyre fitting and tracking service was taking sometime. At the time, we did apologise and did inform you about how long this would take.

“I went to the Gravesend branch at 11.30 on Saturday, unaware that they closed at 12.30. My front offside tyre kept slowly losing pressure. They told me they closed at 12.30, so to come back before then. They were pretty busy and I wouldn't have been surprised to return and find they hadn't had time to do it. However on my return they had sorted the problem which was due to corrosion and resealed the tyre. This cost me only £15. I definately recommend Watling Tyres and will use again.”
