“I went to the Ashford Branch on Thursday as I had had a slow puncture in my front offside tyre for months, but was worried as I was taking my small grandson on a car journey on Friday. I was very worried about the expense of having to buy a new tyre as I'm rather impoverished after the expense of Christmas. To my delight, they were able to swiftly repair the tyre and it only cost me £20. I'm absolutely delighted with the service received and will certainly use them again.”

“We are a local Business responding to elderly and vulnerable clients. Unfortunately one of our cars got a puncture and our regular company gave us a 2-4 day time line which in our line of work is not acceptable. “Had been told by a main dealership I needed new brake pads and discs but couldn’t fit me in until the new year. Called steve at Watling tyres Rainham who ordered new pads immediately and I went down to get them fitted. Got a phone about hour and a half later saying all done - didn’t need new pads just needed cleaning and certainly didn’t need new discs! Happy days!”

“The Watling Tyres store in Canterbury were fantastic this morning. I’d got a flat tyre, an hour away from home. As a hopeless mechanic I stopped in and asked if they could fit a new tyre or put my spare on. The worker said he’d check if they had the right tyre in stock and if not he’d fit my spare for me. They had the right tyre, it was fitted quickly all in time for my lecture. Thanks for saving me!”

“I have been going to Watling tyres (frighteningly now I think about it) for nearly twenty years off and on. This week just gone 14-12-2018. I have after a house move gone for the second time to Watling tyres in Gillingham, Kent ME8 6YX. This time to swap over a set of wheels on my car. The Manager, Mr Andy Armitage for the second time in meeting, was a pleasant, helpful person who projects a nice confident knowledgeable personality that genuinley wants to help in a professional and in my case a safe manner. Recently my car has been through an MOT somewhere else with another company. Mr Armitage's team set about fitting the wheels for me on the lift. The team found badly wore and destroyed suspension bushes that when driving the car settles in to position and doesn't provide the "feel" through the steering that I usually pick-up on with such things. The team found this problem fully explained it and its dangers if left unsorted, put my car back as it all was so I can make the arrangements to sort it at a garage. I am really impressed with the professionalism they have show here, and at other locations over the years. This is why I have always traced my nearest Watling Tyers and returned to them. I whole heartedly recommend them. I have been dealing with the company for a long time and they still impress me when I deal with them. Oh and even though it had taken up their time. They informed me the cost was £00-00 as they hadn't carried out the work I went to them for in the first place....! Really. Safe advise and at no cost what more can you ask for, not always available these days. Well done Watling Tytres, London Road, Gillinham, Kent, ME8 6YX Really it's a pleasure dealing with you. - KJ”
